Why I love offering Reflexology – 4 years on

This week I am celebrating my 4 year anniversary since starting Lizzie Potter Therapy – Reflexology in Colchester. And, I still love reflexology, but probably more so than I did.

I initially began my journey as a Foot Reflexologist and very quickly added in the beautiful Facial Reflexology treatments too. In the past year I have also added the super relaxing and nourishing Maternity/Pregnancy Reflexology (mostly because I got SO much out of reflexology when I was pregnant), Baby Reflexology and have also trained in Crystal Reflexology to provide a ‘super boosted’ treatment with crystals.

It is my aim to make Reflexology in Colchester accessible to everyone!

So why do I love reflexology?

I love reflexology because I genuinely believe there is no other therapy out there that can offer the levels of relaxation and ‘regeneration’ that reflexology can do.

So many clients have told me that they feel reflexology is more relaxing than a general massage (and I 100% agree with this too – I am a bit of a wimp and actually find massages painful).
